Jackola performed the site planning, architectural design, and surveying for this 16,000 SF, 12 unit apartment project in Kalispell. Site planning included master planning and performing necessary jurisdictional work to approve the site for up to 54 units. The first of four buildings has been constructed on site using modern design elements. The key to the success of this project has been its affordability and aesthetics, marketing particularly to people looking for a quality start with style.
Additionally, Jackola was engaged for the procurement, storage, installation and interior design on two of the Element 54 Apartments. These two units were setup as fully furnished models, and were prepared in completely different styles with beautiful results at an affordable price. This project was a great challenge to incorporate cost savings for affordable housing in Evergreen while also maintaining modern and appealing design.
