Jackola designed this 120 unit complex on 5 acres which feature a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units spread throughout 12 and 24-plex buildings on the site as well as a central clubhouse and mail facility, maintenance and storage area. These wood framed, three story structures are designed for space efficiency, streamlined construction, and modern living. They meet Fair Housing standards, UFAS and ADA for both accessible and adaptable units. An extensive amount of effort was put into the conceptual design working with the owners and their experience with other properties to design desirable units and making the plans repeatable to lower construction costs.
