Jackola provided full subdivision design services on this 38 Acre property. The 83 lots were split between single and multi-family residences. In addition to designing the roads and utilities within the subdivision we were commissioned to design a 2 mile water main extension to supply the subdivision. This work included a detailed topographic, utility and boundary survey to determine the existing easements and the ultimate routing of the water main.
