THE FORGE HOTEL
Project Overview
The Forge Hotel & Conference Center transformed a former copper smelter site into a destination that supports Anaconda's continued economic revitalization. Developed through a partnership between the City and County, Opportunity Zone investors, and the ownership group, the project has become a landmark at the eastern gateway to Historic Anaconda.
The 55,000-square-foot development includes a 74-room hotel, a 5,000-square-foot conference center, and the adjoining Barclay II Restaurant, creating a hospitality destination that serves both visitors and the local community. Drawing inspiration from Anaconda's mining heritage, the design incorporates durable materials, warm natural wood, and industrial detailing that reflect the character and history of the region.
Jackola provided full architectural, engineering, interior design, and signage design services, delivering a cohesive project that blends modern hospitality with the community's industrial roots.
