This 26,800 SF building was the first to be built in Southfield Park and truly set the standard for design on the south end of Kalispell. The design goal was to create a beautiful entry to the city. The building features three levels of office space with a core area shared by all levels. The core area includes a lunchroom, restrooms, large conference room and miscellaneous spaces. The eight foot diameter clock in the tower is computer controlled and can be set to play and endless array of bell tones and songs. Our team worked diligently to bring it within budget and did so successfully. Meeting the timeline of 10 months was also a success.
