With a successful nursery business in need of expansion, Jackola was approached to master plan a 15 acre site for their business relocation. Jackola performed surveying, land planning, civil engineering, architecture, and structural engineering for this exciting project. This included locating planting areas, drainage, on-site waste treatment systems, and irrigation as well as parking, circulation and building areas. The buildings included a workers support building with shop and close to 20,000 SF of showroom area and supporting spaces including a large upper level instructional space for events at the property. This was all connected to over 24,000 SF of pre-manufactured greenhouse space. The on-site constructed buildings were wood framed with complementary architecture to suit the rural setting.
