The Rural Housing Administration relocated to the 18th floor of the Edith Green Wendell Wyatt Federal Building in downtown Portland.  In the original renovation of the building, the HVAC systems serving the 18th floor were considered ?separate? from the primary HVAC systems serving the building and therefore minimal provisions were made for future TI work. Jackola stepped in to provide complete HVAC design. The preliminary architectural plans include enclosed offices at the interior of the space with an open office area and large conference room located at the perimeter.
